Alma Formentera nasce dall'anima di tre giovani ragazzi italiani che hanno unito la loro passione e i loro nomi (ALessio, Manuel, Andrea) per creare qualcosa di più di un semplice locale, un luogo in cui il sorriso rappresenta l'ingrediente principale della serata.

Ciao ragazzi, perché avete scelto di trasferirvi proprio a Formentera?
Erovamo stati diverse volte in vacanza sia a Formentera che nella vicina Ibiza e ce ne siamo innamorati sin da subito. Ovviamente il posto è stupendo, il mare è da favola, il clima è fantastico (fa caldo nella maggior parte dell’anno
e le precipitazioni sono rare), e comunque essendo una meta estiva molto in voga, gran parte dei turisti che la frequentano ama svagarsi la sera in locali come il nostro.
Abbiamo pensato quindi che questo potesse essere il posto perfetto in cui poter sviluppare la nostra idea di locale.
In che cosa consiste la vostra attività?
Il nostro locale si trova in Carrer d’Espardell 24 nel pieno centro di Es Pujols, cuore della movida notturna di Formentera. E’ un cocktail bar che sorge all’ombra di una pineta ed è dotato di una meravigliosa area chill-out dove sorseggiare il proprio cocktail ascoltando musica e condividendo qualche momento in compagnia.
Oltre a questo per cosa altro si distingue la vostra attività?
Sicuramente per l’ambiente amichevole che si respira all’Alma. Una delle nostre prerogative, oltre a quella di offrire un menù ricco e personalizzato, è quella di soddisfare i gusti e i desideri di ogni ospite.
Chi entra all’Alma, ha la sensazione di trovarsi nel proprio salotto di casa, in famiglia, grazie alla simpatia di tutto lo staff e all’attenzione che esso rivolge verso ogni ospite.
Cosa consigliereste ad altri italiani che desiderassero seguire le vostre orme e trasferirsi a lavorare a Formentera?
E’ un’esperienza che ti consente di conoscere moltissime persone e di crescere molto, quindi perché non farla… il consiglio che mi sento di dare è quello di partire comunque muniti di tanto spirito di sacrificio e soprattutto di tanta passione.

Alma Formentera was born from the soul of three young Italian boys who combined their passion and their names (ALessio, Manuel, Andrea) to create something more than just a place, a place where the smile is the main ingredient of the evening.

Hi guys, why did you choose to move to Formentera?
We had been on vacation several times both in Formentera and in nearby Ibiza and we fell in love with it right away. Obviously the place is beautiful, the sea is fabulous, the climate is fantastic (it's hot in most of the year and rainfall is rare), and
however being a very popular summer destination, most of the tourists who frequent it love to have fun in the evening in places like ours.
We therefore thought that this could be the perfect place to develop our idea of ​​local.
What does your business consist of?
Our restaurant is located in Carrer d’Espardell 24 in the center of Es Pujols, the heart of the nightlife of Formentera. It is a cocktail bar that stands in the shade of a pine forest and has a wonderful chill-out area where you can sip your cocktail while listening to music and sharing a few moments in company.
Besides what else does your business stand out for?
Certainly for the friendly environment that reigns in Alma. One of our prerogatives, in addition to offering a rich and personalized menu, is to satisfy the tastes and desires of each guest.
Those who enter Alma have the feeling of being in their own living room at home, with the family, thanks to the sympathy of all the staff and the attention it pays to each guest.
What would you recommend to other people who wish to follow in your footsteps and move to work in Formentera?
It is an experience that allows you to meet many people and to grow a lot, so why not do it ... the advice we feel we can give is that of leaving, however, with a lot of sacrifice and above all a lot of passion.
